Effective January 1, 2011, the Grants Administration Department

has become a division of the Horry County Community Development Department.

The Community Development office assists Horry County Departments with the process of finding and applying for grants, the administrative and financial oversight of grants after they are awarded to the County, and ensuring the timely submission of grant reports as required by the grant funders.
