GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB
|
Under general supervision, provides customer service to pilots, aircrews, other personnel and passengers. Required to work flexible hours, some holidays and weekends. Have general sales, administrative, and clerical knowledge and be able to complete paperwork pertaining to cash and credit transactions.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
|
Have a working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel software.
|
|
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
|
|
Effective interpersonal skills along with the abillity to work independently and as part of a team.
|
|
Answers and responds to telephone calls; route call to appropriate staff.
|
|
Answers and responds to radio transmission with aircraft and flight line personnel.
|
|
Maintains a daily arrival/departure log of aircraft, data of crew, fuel and services orders to include payment methods.
|
|
Ability to work with VIP aircraft and personnel.
|
|
Duties include but are not limited to making or coordinating hotel reservation, car rentals and catering.
|
|
Processes invoice, sales receipts, payment receipts and corresponding reports as required.
|
|
Other duties as required may be assigned.
|
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
|
High school diploma or GED with two years general office experience.
|
|
General knowledge of computer and office software packages to include but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Quick Books.
|
|
Working knowledge of office equipment such as: fax machine, copy machine, Unicom radios, and calcuator.
