Temporary Vendor Permit Procedures

Bike Rally Fees
Seven (7) day event. Zoning Compliance permit: $800 SSTVO, CSTVO and NSTVO Zones /$500 SWTVO, NWTVO and WTVO Zones
(Harley Davidson Spring and Fall Rallies)
Four (4) day event. Zoning Compliance permit: $800 SSTVO, CSTVO and NSTVO Zones /$500 SWTVO, NWTVO and WTVO Zones
(Memorial Weekend Rally)
All other events that are non-bike rally related. Zoning Compliance permit: $100 per day for all zones.
Vending fees are as follows:
Add $50 for RV overnight use at vending site.
Add $50 for each ATM that will be set-up at your location.
Add $10 for temporary sign at road frontage (limited to 1).

2012 Harley Davidson Spring Rally May 14-20, 2012 |

- Permits are limited in number and will be issued on a first come first serve basis.
First day issuance for the Spring Rally by Strand will be:

April 16th - 18th
South / Central / North (Grandfathered Locations)

April 19th -
N Waccamaw / S Waccamaw / Western Strand / Public

** If grandfathered permits are not picked up by 4:30 on the 20th they will be placed in with first come first served.
- Permits that are issued after the 48 business hours cut off before the event is to begin will pay the original permitting fees along with 1/2 that cost.
**This fee will be effective May 9, 2012 for the spring rally.
- For the Spring Rally vendor tents/structures can be setup no sooner than
Monday, May 14th. With no sales until Monday, May 14th.
- Each vending tent/structure will require an original permit placard.
NO COPIES/DUPLICATES WILL BE PERMITTED.
- One exempt vending tent/structure will be permitted for on-site business owners provided that the merchandise sold in the tent is the principle stock of the store that is sold on a continual basis. These are still required to come in and obtain a Vending Placard even though there is no charge for it. Anything in excess of this one will be considered a vendor and will pay all fees and be treated as a vendor.
- No more than one (1) dyno unit will be permitted on any vending site and also MUST obtain a
Special Events Permit
from Horry County Public Safety. Those sites with dyno units abutting residential zones will operate at 90% closed.
- All vendor merchandise and tents/structures must be removed no later than May 20, 2012, for the Spring Rally.
- ONE (1) person from each location shall be determined to be the site coordinator. This will be the ONLY person allowed to pick up permits for the event. Permission letters from coordinator for vendors to pick up permits will not be permitted.

2012 Memorial Day Bike Fest May 24 – 27, 2012 |

- Permits are limited in number and will be issued on a first come first serve basis.
First day of permits to be issued will be on Tuesday, April 24th.
- Permits that are issued after the 48 hour cut off before the event is to begin will pay the original permitting fees along with 1/2 that cost.
**This fee will be effective on Tuesday, May 22nd.
- Vendor tents/structures can be setup no sooner than Thursday, May 24th. No sales will be allowed until
Thursday, May 24th.
- Each vending tent/structure will require an original permit placard.
NO COPIES/DUPLICATES WILL BE PERMITTED.
- One exempt vending tent/structure will be permitted for on-site business owners provided that the merchandise sold in the tent is the principle
stock of the store that is sold on a continual basis. These are still required to come in and obtain a Vending Placard even though there is
