 Fireworks Regulations

On April 5, 2005, Horry County Council passed third reading of an Ordinance to establish within the unincorporated areas of Horry County, one or more areas to be designated as fireworks prohibited zones. The State of South Carolina recently enacted legislation so as to allow the establishment of Firework Prohibited Zones.

For more information on how to designate your property as a fireworks prohibited zone or to extend the prohibited zone onto public property, please review the following links.
