The Horry County Stormwater Department enforces the stormwater ordinance, addresses drainage and flooding problems, develops plans to improve drainage and is responsible for maintenance of these systems.

To report a road or drainage complaint, contact the Horry County Road and Drainage Hotline Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.to 5 p.m. at 843-381-8000.
