Thank you for using Horry County ePay.
The goal of this application is to
provide a mechanism for citizens to pay personal property,
real property and vehicle taxes online.
Please be advised of the following:
- Convenience Fees
- Credit Card -
A 2.85% convenience fee will be charged for
the use of credit cards by the payment
processor.
(VISA & MasterCard are the only credit cards accepted)
- eCheck - A flat $2.50 convenience fee will be charged for
the use of eCheck.
- Horry County does not receive
any portion of the above fees.
- Vehicle Taxes
- The digital receipt that you print after
making your payment is a confirmation of your
payment, but it is NOT acceptable at the
DMV. You will automatically be mailed an official
tax receipt within three (3) business days of your
payment for vehicle taxes.
- No delinquent taxes will be accepted online.
- To avoid making multiple payments
click "Submit" only once on the transaction pages.
- If the same tax bill is paid multiple times the
tax portion will be refunded, but convenience fees
will not. (This is a payment processor
policy not an Horry County policy.)
