Glenn's Bay Interchange Project Update

After further review by SCDOT, project manager for the Glenn’s Bay Widening & Interchange Project, they have decided to delay the southbound lane switch on Hwy. 17 bypass, which was rescheduled for Sunday, August 7, to try and minimize traffic disruption and impacts by waiting for peak summer traffic volumes to decrease. This delay will also help to compress the schedule between the southbound lane switch with the northbound lane switch. The previous schedule had them at least 2 months apart.
