Conway, South Carolina –Both the Conway branch and the Surfside Beach branch of the Horry County Memorial Library System will not open Saturday, December 14, 2013, until 12:00 p.m. due to the Christmas parades.
In addition, all branches of the Horry County Memorial Library system will close at 12 p.m. on December 19, 2013, for a staff meeting.
