PUBLIC INPUT NOTICE: The Public Input portion of the council agenda has been re-activated. This is the time reserved at the start of the meeting that the public can present concerns or issues that are not covered by items on the agenda. Speakers must sign up before 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 1st, by contacting Pat Hartley at (843) 915-5120 and providing the name of the speaker, telephone number, and the topic on which he/she wishes to speak.
COUNCIL CHAMBERS SEATING: All seating in Council Chambers will be open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to wear face coverings and to practice safe social distancing while in Chambers.

Carolina Forest Boulevard Daytime Lane Closures
The resurfacing of Carolina Forest Boulevard (between the railroad eastward toward the recently widened portion) which began Monday, May 17, 2021, will continue for approximately one month. The resurfacing will utilize daytime lane closures until all existing lanes of Carolina Forest Boulevard are completed. Motorists are urged to use extra caution, allow themselves extra time, and obey all traffic control devices.
Partial Road Closure on Industrial Park Road
A portion of Industrial Park Road in Conway, between Harris Shortcut Road and the curved section of Industrial Park Road in front of the Horry County Animal Care Center, will be closed to all traffic except construction traffic. Motorists in the area should use caution, stay alert for crews working in the area, and pay attention to all signs and traffic control devices.
