Horry County Planning & Zoning to Hold Community Meeting on Proposed Rezoning in Little River

There will be a Community Meeting to discuss the proposed rezoning #2021-05-006 on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at 6 p.m. at the CB Berry Community Center located at 2250 Hwy 179 in Little River. This meeting is to review the request to rezone 13.36 acres, a portion of parcel PIN#307-00-00-0018 from Commercial Forest Agriculture (CFA) to Multi-Residential Development-3 (MRD3) to allow for 55-fee simple townhome units. Partial Road Closure on Industrial Park Road

A portion of Industrial Park Road in Conway, between Harris Shortcut Road and the curved section of Industrial Park Road in front of the Horry County Animal Care Center, will be closed to all traffic except construction traffic. Motorists in the area should use caution, stay alert for crews working in the area, and pay attention to all signs and traffic control devices.
