These meetings will also be broadcast on the Horry County Government website, and the Government Access Television Channel (Spectrum/Time Warner channel 1301 or Horry Telephone Cooperative Channel 14).
Please note, due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in Horry County, attendees are strongly encouraged to wear a mask and social distancing protocols will be in place. Overflow viewing areas will be made available to accommodate additional attendees. If you are unwell, we would ask that you do not attend, and consider viewing the meeting on our website or Government Access Television Channel.
COVID-19 Operations Update
Anyone entering Horry County Government buildings is strongly encouraged to wear a mask while inside facilities. This includes lobbies, waiting areas, customer service counters, etc. Everyone is encouraged to bring their own mask and wear it prior to entering the facilities.
Anyone planning to visit to the Horry County Government and Justice Center should be prepared to check in with staff located in the atrium of the facility. Visitors may be asked to wait in the atrium or outside the facility depending on the capacity of the facility.
We strongly urge the public to handle business online where possible. Many transactions and other requests can be handled online. We understand that there are certain transactions that must take place and are not available online. We encourage people to call departments directly for information and coordination prior to visiting a Horry County Government facility.
The M.L. Brown Public Safety Building, Police Precincts, and Fire Stations will be accepting visitors by appointment and on a space available basis. Please call prior to your visit.
As conditions continue to change, additional changes to service may be necessary. For that reason, we encourage everyone to be in touch with the offices they need by phone prior to visiting our facilities for the latest information.
