Anyone planning to visit to the Horry County Government and Justice Center should be prepared to check in with staff located in the atrium of the facility. Visitors may be asked to wait in the atrium or outside the facility depending on the capacity of the facility.
We strongly urge the public to handle business online where possible. Many transactions and other requests can be handled online. As conditions continue to change, additional changes to service may be necessary. For that reason, we encourage everyone to be in touch with the offices they need by phone prior to visiting our facilities for the latest information.
